TNF alpha coverting enzyme (TACE), also known as ADAM17, is a type I membrane zinc protease of the ADAM family that functions as a major sheddase on the cell surface. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: Used as a detection antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile TBS, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
