Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1 ug/ml Neutralization of receptor-ligand interaction: 0.5-2ug/ml Blocks 50% of the binding of 50ng/mL of rhCripto 1 to immobilized rhActRIB/Fc (100ul of 2ug/ml was coated in each well) in a functional ELISA. At 20ug/ml there will be >90% blocking Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
