Epitope of GZ-1 and GZ-20 monoclonal antibodies are differen t. EGP40 is a 40-43kD transmembrane epithelial glycoprotein, also identified a s epithelial specific antigen (ESA), or epithelial cellular adhesion molecule (Ep-CAM). It i s expressed on baso-lateral cell surface in most simple epithelia and a vast majority of ca rcinomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:100-1:200 Flow Cytometry: 5-10ul/10e6 cells Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:100 Immunoprecipitation: 5-10ul/500ug protein lysate Immunohistochemistry (Frozen & Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:100-1:200/30min @ RT Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Rat small intestine or colon Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
