This gene encodes a tyrosine kinase receptor for vascular endothelial growth factors C and D. The protein is thought to be involved in lymphangiogenesis and maintenance of the lymphatic endothelium. Mutations in this gene cause hereditary lymphedema type IA. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
