The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor contains an extracellular TRAIL-binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and a truncated cytoplamic death domain. This receptor does not induce apoptosis, and has been shown to play an inhibitory role in TRAIL-induced cell apoptosis. Applications:. Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA. Recommended Dilution:. ELISA: 1:1,000. Western Blot: 1:100-500. Storage and Stability:. Store product at 4 C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
