ADORA2A is a protein which is one of several receptor subtypes for adenosine. The activity of the encoded protein, a G-protein coupled receptor family member, is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase. This protein is abundant in basal ganglia, vasculature and platelets and it is a major target of caffeine. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, FLISA Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Immunofluorescence: 1:10-50 Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
