Desc1 :

Nucleolin (NCL), a eukaryotic nucleolar phosphoprotein, is involved in the synthesis and maturation of ribosomes. It is located mainly in dense fibrillar regions of the nucleolus. Human NCL gene consists of 14 exons with 13 introns and spans approximately 11kb. The intron 11 of the NCL gene encodes a small nucleolar RNA, termed U20. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, FLISA. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1000 Western Blot: 1:500~1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50~100 Immunofluorescence: 1:10~50 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C with glycerol. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Do not freeze APC conjugates. Light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
