Murine GM-CSF (Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor) is a potent speciesspecific stimulator of bone marrow cells. GM-CSF stimulates precursor cells of granulocytes, macrophages and eosinophils. Murine GM-CSF is a 14kD protein containing 124aa. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 2-3ug/ml Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Neutralization: 5-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
