Fibroblast Growth Factor-19 (FGF-19) is a high affinity heparin dependent ligand for FGFR4. Human FGF-19 is a 21.8kD protein containing 195aa residues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 2-3ug/ml Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml Neutralization: 5-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
