BL660-NO is an activity-based sensing (ABS) bioluminescent probe for near-infrared red (NIR) detection of nitric oxide (NO). BL660-NO is suitable for in vitro , live cell and deep tissue imaging. Used to visualize endogenous NO in vitro , and in murine models of liver and breast cancer. Used to investigate the effect of diet on tumor microenvironment (TME) in mice. . This product is a scalemic mixture of ( S ) and ( R ) enantiomers in which ( S ) is predominant. The exact ratio is batch specific and is expressed as an enantiomeric excess (e.e.) on the Certificate of Analysis.
