Linifanib is a potent receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor. It inhibits PDGFR , KDR, FLT3, CSF-1R (IC50 values are 2, 4, 4 and 7 nM, respectively). Linifanib inhibits angiogenesis in vascularized micro-organs and potently inhibits VEGF-stimulated endothelial cell proliferation (IC50 = 0.2 nM). Linifanib also promotes the generation and reprogramming of iPSCs from somatic cells.
