H 151 is a STING antagonist. Covalently binds STING at Cys91, blocking palmitoylation and preventing assembly of STING clusters. Decreases inflammatory cytokine production in human and mouse cells in vitro . Also blocks CMA (Cat. No. 6677) -induced increases in levels of inflammatory cytokines in mice, and alleviates systemic inflammation in a mouse model of autoinflammatory disease.
