Displays robust antitumor activity in bortezomib-resistant xenografts either alone or in combination with bortezomib. Induces degradation of Mcl-1; exhibits comparable cytotoxic activity to taxol (Cat. No. 1097) in epithelial ovarian cancer cells. Active in vivo .
