Inhibits contraction of the cleavage furrow without disrupting mitosis or contractile ring assembly. ( S )-(-)-Blebbistatin rapidly and reversibly blocks cell blebbing, and disrupts directed cell migration and cytokinesis in vertebrate cells. . Inactive Enantiomer and Racemate also available.
