Immunoprecipitation analysis using Mouse Anti-DENND4C Monoclonal Antibody, Clone 3E8 (SMC-610). Tissue: A549, MEF cells. Species: Human, Mouse. Primary Antibody: Mouse Anti-DENND4C Monoclonal Antibody (SMC-610). Three amounts of SMC-610 (10, 3, and 1 ug) were non-covalently coupled to 10uL of A/G sepharose beads for 1 hour at 4°C and next incubated with 250ug of A549 or MEF lysate for 2 hours at 4°C.
