A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus IL12B (G7P6S2)(Ile23-Ser328) was expressed, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus IL23A (G7PIH8) (Val22-Pro189) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the IL-23 Heterodimer was purified.
