A DNA sequence encoding the Human GLP1R (P43220) (Arg24-Phe257) & (Glu262-Lys437) was expressed and linked by a Fusion protein, with a Flag and Strep tag at the N-terminus, a AVI and polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed. Within the expressed regions, there are several proprietary thermostabilizing mutations.
