A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Gln208) of human FCGR3A (P08637-1, with Natural variant F176) was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus (AVI-his). The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
