NPP (50X) ELISA ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE SUBSTRATE is a chromogenic substrate utilized in immunosorbent assays. Phosphatase-conjugated detection antibodies can act upon the pNPP to convert it to a yellow para-nitrophenol. This yellow product can be measured on a spectrophotometer at 405nm.
