Background :
The antibodies are offered as highly functional conjugates with bright emission spectra that match the principal output wavelengths of common fluorescence instrumentation. DyLight™ conjugates are useful for Multiplex Fluorescent Western Blotting. DyLight™ dye-labeled secondary antibodies are suited for simultaneous detection and quantification of multiple proteins on the same blot that are visualized in different fluorescence channels. The two or three-color multiplexing abilities of G:BOX with the high quality digital camera (or similar imagining system) and band-pass filters matched to a large range of fluorochromes allows for detection of multiple proteins.
