Anti-Mitochondria antibody is suitable for use in Western Blotting, IHC and IF. Expect ~60kDa in WB. Anti-Anti-Mitochondria antibody works on acetone fixed and 2% paraformaldehyde fixed cells. The antibody also works for immunohistochemistry on 2% paraformaldehyde fixed cryostat sections. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
