Packing Type :
Ambient
Physical State :
Lyophilized
Preservative :
0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide
Purity and Specificity :
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgA coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgA and Mouse Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

Mouse
Background :
Anti-Mouse IgA (alpha chain) rhodamine Antibody generated in goat detects immunoglobulin A alpha from mouse. Immunoglobulin A (IgA) is an antibody that plays a critical role in mucosal immunity. IgA has two subclasses (IgA1 and IgA2) and can exist in a dimeric form called secretory IgA (sIgA). Secondary Antibodies are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody product, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition. This Anti-Mouse IgA is conjugated to rhodamine.
