The QuantikineÖ HS Mouse IL-17 Immunoassay is a 4.0 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure mouse IL-17 levels in serum and plasma. It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant mouse IL-17 and antibodies raised against the recombinant protein. Results obtained using natural IL-17 showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine HS kit standards. These results indicate that the Quantikine HS Immunoassay kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural mouse IL-17.
