product details :
The Quantikine« Human Amyloid ▀ (aa1-40) Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed to measure human Amyloid ▀ (aa1-40) in cell culture supernates, tissue lysates, and cerebrospinal fluid. It contains synthetic human Amyloid ▀ (aa1-40) and antibodies raised against the synthetic peptide. Results obtained for naturally occurring human Amyloid ▀ (aa1-40) showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine« kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural human Amyloid ▀ (aa1-40).
