Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support adhesion of J45.01 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia T lymphocytes. Liang, T.W. et al . (2002) J. Immunol. 168 :1618. When Recombinant Mouse JAM-B Fc Chimera is immobilized on goat anti-human IgG Fc antibody coated wells, J45.01 cells (100 ╡L/well at 106 cells/mL) adhesion is induced in a dose dependent manner after a 2 hour incubation at 37 ░C. The ED50 for this effect is 10-60 ng/mL.
