details of functionality :
Measured by its ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells. When 5 x 104 cells per well are added to Recombinant Human SECTM1 Fc Chimera coated plates, cell adhesion is enhanced in a dose dependent manner. The ED50 for this effect is 1.5-7.5 ╡g/mL. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
