Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of BUD-8 human fibroblast cells. When 2 x 104 cells/well are added to Recombinant Mouse MAGP-2/MFAP5 coated plates (10 ╡g/mL with 100 ╡L/well), approximately 45-70% will adhere after 1 hour at 37 ░C. . Optimal dilutions should be determinded by each laboratory for each application.
