Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cells or LS180 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cells. When 1 x 104 to 5 x 104 cells/well are added to Recombinant Human TROP-2 Fc Chimera coated plates (10 µg/mL with 100 µL/well), 45% cells will adhere after 1 hour incubation. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
