details of functionality :
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of CHO Chinese hamster ovary cells transfected with VCAM-1. When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to Recombinant Mouse Integrin alpha 4ß1 coated plates (10 µg/mL, 100 µL/well), approximately 55-85% will adhere after 1 hour at 37 °C. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
