Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of PMA-stimulated HSB2 human peripheral blood acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to rrICAM/Fc Chimera coated plates (12.5 ╡g/mL with 100 ╡L/well), 20% will adhere after 1 hour incubation at 37 ░C. . Also supports adhesion (40-70%) of PMA treated rat Nb-211 cells when coated at 12.5 ╡g/mL. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
