Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of BUD-8 human fibroblast cells. When 3 x 104 cells/well are added to recombinant human CDSN coated plates (10 ╡g/mL, 100 ╡L/well), approximately 50-80% will adhere after 1 hour at 37 ░C.
