Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cells. When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to rhSALM4 coated plates (2.5 ╡g/mL, 100 ╡L/well), approximately 50%-70% will adhere after 30 minutes at 37 ░C. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
