Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human monocyte-derived dendritic cells. When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to rhCXADR/Fc Chimera coated plates (10 µg/mL), approximately 25%-45% will adhere after 30 minutes of incubation at 37° C. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
