Measured by its ability to inhibit IL-36 alpha , IL-36 beta or IL-36 gamma-induced IL-6 secretion by NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.8-4 µg/mL in the presence of 15 ng/mL of Recombinant Mouse IL-36 beta/IL-1F8 (aa 31-183) (Catalog # 7060-ML ). Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.
