Detection of Mouse TNF RII/TNFRSF1B by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 1 ╡g/mL LPS for 24 hours. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 ╡g/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse TNF RII/TNFRSF1B Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF-426-PB) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109 ). A specific band was detected for TNF RII/TNFRSF1B at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1 .
