Detection of Human TLR4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human placenta tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 ╡g/mL of Goat Anti-Human TLR4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1478) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109 ). Specific bands were detected for TLR4 at approximately 110 kDa and 130 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
