Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human monocyte-derived dendritic cells. When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to mouse CD83/Fc Chimera coated plates (2.5 ╡g/mL with 100 ╡L/well), approximately 50-75% will adhere after 1 hour incubation at room temperature. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
