Recombinant Mouse ALCAM/CD166 Fc Chimera at 10 ╡g/mL (50 ╡L/well) blocked 90% of HUT-78 cell adhesion (1 x 106 cells/mL, 50 ╡L/well) to immobilized recombinant human CD6 Fc Chimera (10 ╡g/mL, 100 ╡L/well). Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
