FUNCTION :

Troponin T is the tropomyosin-binding subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex which confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity.

DILUTION INSTRUCTIONS :

Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.

STORAGE CONDITION :

These antibodies are stable for at least one (1) year at -20C to -70C. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

SPECIFICITY :
