ORAI1 antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of ORAI1.

Purity :

Application Summary :

ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 50-55 kDa band observed in human liver and human placenta lysates (calculated MW of 32.7 kDa according to NP_116179.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Li et al,,J Biol Chem. 2007 Oct 5;282 (40) :29448-56.; PMID: 17702753). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 g/mL.
