Immunogen :
TRPM7 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of TRPM7.
Purity :
TRPM7 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer :
TRPM7 antibody is supplied in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

E, WB, IHC
Application Summary :
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 150 kDa band observed in human cerebellum lysates (calculated MW of 213 kDa according to NP_060142.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Clark et al PLoS ONE. 2008 Mar 26;3 (3) :e1876.; PMID: 18365021). Recommended concentration: 0.3- 1 g/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded mouse brain shows neuronal staining in the hippocampus. Recommended concentration, 4-6 g/mL.
Storage :
Aliquot and store at -20 C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
