Application Summary :

ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 90 kDa band in human cerebellum and thymus lysates after 0.3 g/mL antibody staining.1 and of 120 kDa according to NP_065705.3. The 90 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
