Immunogen :

TXK antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of TXK.

Purity :

TXK antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application Summary :

ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western Blot: Approximately 60 kDa band observed in human tonsil and thymus lysates as well as in Jurkat lysate (calculated MW of 61.3 kDa according to NP_003319.2). Recommended concentration: 2-4 g/mL.
