Jurkat T cells that expressed high (ICAM-3 high= red) or low (ICAM-3 low= blue) levels of ICAM-3 were stained with mAb BH10. 5 x 10 5 cells were stained with 100ul of mAb. Following 30 min incubation at 4°C, unbound Ab was removed by washing and bound mAb detected by staining with goat antimouse- FITC for 30 min at 4°C. Flow cytometric histogram of 5000 events per sample is shown.
