Immunohistochemical staining of Beta-Defensin-2 in Paraffin Section of Human colon resection tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed in citric acid (0.01M, pH6) twice for 7 min and in 0.1% Trypsin for 5 min. The section was incubated with AM02221PU (1/2000) for 1 h and detected using Alkaline Phophatase anti-Alkaline Phophatase method. New fuchsin was used as the chromogen.
