This YAP1 antibody is useful for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry paraffin-embedded sections. The Western blot was performed with transfected HEK 293 lysates, where a band was detected ~65 kDa. Its use in ChIP application has been reported in PMID 20516196.
