Uses :
This PPP2R5C (TQ11-1G6) antibody is useful for Immunoprecipitation and Western blot. By Western blot, this antibody recognizes overexpressed PPP2R5C protein in transfected cells. Bands at ~50 and 35 kDa may also be seen. Western Blot analysis of endogenous samples is not recommended due to high background. Has been shown to work effectively for Immunoprecipitation, see Lin et al.
