Uses :

This LC3 antibody is useful for Western blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (PMID 21545732), Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry paraffin embedded sections. By Western blot bands are seen at ~19 kDa, representing LC3-I, and ~17 kDa, representing LC3-II. In ICC/IF, cytoplasmic staining was observed in HeLa cells.Use in FLOW cytometry reported in scientific literature ( PMID 24419333)
