Western Blot: PTP1B/PTPN1 Antibody (OTI1D10) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-73729] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PTPN1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PTPN1.

Immunoprecipitation: PTP1B/PTPN1 Antibody [NBP1-28691] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PTPN1 antibody NBP1-28691 used for IP at 10 ug/mg lysate. PTPN1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PTPN1 antibody NBP1-28692, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PTPN1, NBP1-28691 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
