Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: LRP2 Antibody (CD7D5) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80836] - U2OS cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X PBS + 0.1% Saponin. The cells were incubated with anti-LRP2 (CD7D5) at 20 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective. Image from the standard format of this antibody.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: LRP2 Antibody (545818) [Unconjugated] [MAB95781] - Megalin/LRP2 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney using Mouse Anti-Human Megalin/LRP2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB95781) at 5 ug/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC001). Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm and cell membrane of epithelial cells in convoluted tubules.
